In netlify/build#5421, we've started clearing the .netlify/functions-internal and .netlify/edge-functions directories before local dev. This makes sense in the case of framework-generated functions, but for our test fixtures it means that part of the fixture gets deleted :/ So the tests start failing.

We can merge this + release it, but we need to get the tests fixed.
